** Prior to school beginning (August 19) we close a week for the church to perform multiple maintenance tasks to the building.

Enrollment Information

Information to enroll for Summer and the 2024-2025 School year is below.

Parents, please pay special attention to the following:

1.     The Parent Handbook can be found here. Registration form can be found here.

2.     Birth Certificate information is required for registration form.

3. Eligibility: Children must be elementary-age (entering Kindergarten in August, 2024) and/or 6th grade (includes summer following 6th grade year).

3.     Immunization records required when turning in enrollment.
(*Existing families only need submit update immunization if there are updates.)

4.    Please note we are discontinuing morning transportation to Bell Creek Middle School for the ‘24-’25 school year. Afternoon transportation is no longer provided by the county. 6th graders may attend school holidays.

5.     Registration fee must be paid in full at time of enrollment.

6.     Existing accounts must be up to date to enroll.

7.     Any child custody documents, or court orders must be included with registration.    

Please Note: any enrollment turned in missing information or documents will not be considered complete and could result in your child not being able to attend.

Summer 2024 Field Trip & Activity Calendar

One of the hallmarks of our summers here at Fairmount are the field trips we take.  We work hard finding neat and interesting places to visit throughout the summer.  Our field trips take us to exciting places across Virginia, Maryland, & North Carolina.
